Financial Benefit:
Repairing homes is far more cost-effective than building new ones, with some estimates suggesting 20 homes can be repaired for the cost of building one

Stabilizing homes can strengthen neighborhoods by fostering pride and security while preventing demolitions that leave physical gaps in communities.
