Job Summary: The Intake Resources Manager will be part of DEC’s Intake Team; they will serve as a case manager and the primary developer and manager of DEC’s client resource database and processes. With the Intake Team, the Intake Resources Manager will handle daily client phone calls, emails, and work 1:1 with clients to provide application support and resources for eligibility complications. They will be responsible for building a robust and user-friendly client resource database and all client messaging (universal application, outreach materials, client resources, etc.). The Intake Resources Manager will also be responsible for building relationships with community partners that strengthen DEC’s client support commitment. They will be expected to support DEC’s community engagement activities (some weekends and after-hours events will be required). This role may also be responsible for designing and implementing DEC’s community outreach strategy. Other jobs and responsibilities may be assigned.

Case Manager

Job Summary: The Case Manager will be part of DEC’s Intake Team; they will handle daily client phone calls, emails, and work 1:1 with clients to provide application support and resources for eligibility complications. (Clients are people seeking home repair services for their homes.) They will work with the Intake Team to develop and implement intake processes, policies, and build DEC’s client resource database. The Case Manager will also actively conduct community engagement work to increase DEC’s presence in the community, strengthen bonds with clients, and reach households with the highest needs. These responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, tabling at community events, attending neighborhood/community meetings, and canvassing neighborhoods. Project Manager

Job Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for the management of all DEC’s projects directly administered on client houses. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conducting comprehensive house assessments, creating the project scope of work, hiring contractors, and completing post-project quality assessments. They will work closely with DEC’s Operations Manager to obtain quotes, hire contractors, and communicate with household occupant(s). They will collect, record, and input all project information promptly and thoroughly into DEC’s systems. The Project Manager will be responsible for communicating directly with organizational partners on collaborative projects and working with the Executive Director to ensure compliance with program policies.
