The Dayton region’s one-stop-shop for home repair and weatherization programs

The Dayton Home Repair Network is a coalition of organizations collaborating to provide home repair, weatherization, and energy efficiency services to underresourced households in the Dayton region

Partner Overview

Our Goal: Ensure no home is left with vital projects incomplete

We leverage funding, partnerships, and shared resources so that we can take a holistic approach to each house we serve

Do you need home repairs, weatherization, or critical safety improvements? Each program has income qualifications to be eligible for services. Please call DEC to determine which, if any, programs you may be eligible for

Eligibility Questionaire

This questionnaire will give us the information to determine if you are eligible for DHRN program(s) and which ones. Once you complete the questionnaire, a DEC staff member will follow up with you via phonecall.

The universal application is a combination of the 5 program applications in the Dayton Home Repair Network. Filling it out allows residents to apply for all programs at once.

We recommend calling DEC before completing an application to ensure eligibility. We will walk you through our eligibility questionnaire and determine which, if any, programs you are eligible for and if it makes sense to apply.

Support the DHRN

Thank you for supporting our efforts! We have been building this partnership for over 3+ years and is only possible from our committed member organizations. Your support goes directly towards helping us to serve more households.

There are a few ways to directly donate to our efforts:

1. Donate to our gap project program

Orchestrated by DEC, these are house projects that other DHRN partners are unable to or are restricted from funding, and thus create a gap in service, often leading to deferrals. Common projects include mold abatement, pest control, and clutter cleanouts.

2. Donate directly to member organizations of the DHRN

Every year, partners from the Dayton Home Repair Network assist Habitat for Humanity in organizing Rock the Block in Dayton’s Edgemont neighborhood
