Dayton’s one-stop shop for home repairs and weatherization.

The Dayton Home Repair Network (DHRN) is a group of organizations collaborating to provide home repair, weatherization, and energy efficiency services to low-to-moderate income households in the Montgomery County, Ohio region and leverage shared resources to more closely match the needs of each house.

Do you need home repairs, weatherization, or critical safety improvements? Each program has income qualifications to be eligible for services. Please call DEC and we will determine which, if any, programs you may be eligible for.

Eligibility Questionairre

This questionnaire will give us the information to determine if you are eligible for DHRN program(s) and which ones. Once you complete the questionnaire, a DEC staff member will follow up with you via phonecall.

The universal application is a combination of the 5 program applications in the Dayton Home Repair Network. Filling it out allows residents to apply for all programs at once.

We recommend calling DEC before completing an application to ensure eligibility. We will walk you through our eligibility questionnaire and determine which, if any, programs you are eligible for and if it makes sense to apply.
